1. Return Conditions
You have 15 days from delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customized/final sale items are non-returnable.

2. How to Start a Return
Please contact us at support@liorawe.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5-7 business days), we will refund you via your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective items.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

  • For quality-related issues (defective/wrong item): We bear all shipping costs (both ways).

  • For buyer's remorse (no longer wanted/ordered by mistake):

    1. Free Shipping items: You bear return shipping cost only.

    2. Non-free shipping items: You bear shipping costs both ways.

  • Shipping Insurance is recommended at checkout
